A digital reporting platform that replaces Word-based field reports with an auditable workflow for security staff, headquarters, and customers.

  • Automatic critical-incident flags, notifications, and email alerts to headquarters.

  • An immutable original snapshot on first submission, plus standard and original-report PDF exports.
  • A customer portal that shows clients only the reports and notifications released to them.
  • Role-based access for admins, employees, customers, and HR, with two-factor authentication and multi-region management.
  • A dedicated bus-escort mode with its own event fields, email logging, and automated Google Drive backups.

  • Spaced-repetition review turns wrong answers into difficult cards that return on a 1/3/7-day schedule.
  • Server-side exam grading keeps correct answers off the client, with fullscreen lockdown, a two-strike violation system, and a violation log.
  • Head-to-head quiz duels, daily streaks, and progress tracking to encourage consistent learning.
  • German, French, and Italian content, supported by a translation portal with OpenAI-assisted translation, translation memory, a glossary, and CSV import/export.
  • Trainee, team lead, content owner, and admin roles; per-user module and exam access; job-function assignments; two-factor authentication; audit logs; and analytics.
  • An installable PWA with offline theory content and an offline quiz queue that syncs when connected.
